MANDOTORY INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. PLACING THE WEIGHING SCALE
  2. DO place the weighing scale on hard, flat surface – Ceramic/Porcelain tiles, hard wood or concrete. DO NOT place it on carpet, linoleum, vinyl or other soft flooring. 
  3.  DO NOT MOVE THE SCALE FREQUENTLY FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. If you have to store the scale, you will have to recalibrate the scale each and every time before use.
  4. Make sure that the batteries are inserted and polarities (+ and -) are facing the correct way, before using the scale. (Remove battery if not using for long time.)
  5. DO NOT use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents. Clean the scale with damp cloth and AVOID water getting inside the scale
  6. KEEP the scale in Horizontal position and in cool, dry place

  2. PLEASE INITIALIZE AND AUTO-CALIBRATE THE SCALE ON EVERY USE. With one foot, PRESS the platform of the scale, so that numbers appear on the display screen. Once you see ZERO (0.0), remove your foot. Wait for the scale to TURN OFF again. STEP UP on to the scale for a weight. Your scale is NOW CALIBRATED.
  3. DO NOT CONSIDER THE FIRST READING OF THE WEIGHT AS IT IS TAKEN FOR AUTO CALIBRATION
  4. PLEASE WEIGH ON BAREFOOT AND NOT WEARING ANY KIND OF COVER TO THE FEET LIKE STOCKINGS
  5. FOR READINGS TO BE ACCURATE, PLEASE WEIGH YOURSELF CONTINUOUSLY (WITH A GAP OF 5 MINUTES BETWEEN EACH READING) FOR A MINIMUM 3 TO 4 TIMES, EXCLUDING THE FIRST READING, PREFERABLY DURING MORNINGS, ON EMPTY STOMACH.
  6. A NOMINAL DIFFERENCE OF +/- 300 GMS IS ACCEPTABLE BETWEEN 2KG TO 100 KG FOR ALL DIGITAL WEIGHING SCALES
