Warranty Terms


At HealthSense our top priority has always been our valued customers. We very well know your HealthSense product is a part and parcel of your everyday life, which is why we are determined in building products of superior quality and reliability.

This section describes the terms of warranty coverage in detail and request you to review this information carefully before usage & claim.

HealthSense designs and warrants its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture including parts and workmanship for a period of One (1) Year OR 12 Months from the date of original purchase, under normal use and service. The coverage & exclusions are laid down below:

  • The warranty covers service and workmanship of all parts of this product against manufacturing defects only.
  • This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferrable.
  • The warranty shall be applicable for a limited period of 12 months from the date of purchase through HealthSense or its authorized channel partners.
  • If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period HealthSense will either;
  • Repair the defect at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the product with the one that is functionally equivalent to the original product within reasonable time during normal working hours.
  • Repairs during warranty shall be carried out by authorized HealthSense personnel only.
  • In the event of any repairs or replacements warranty on the product will continue only for the remaining period of the original prevailing warranty. It does not lead to any extension or renewal of warranty period.
  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material and workmanship that may arise despite normal usage of the product as prescribed in user manual.


  • This warranty stands null or void under the following circumstances:
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling or by accident or transportation.
  • Attachment of unauthorized accessory, alteration to product or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications or dismantled by any other person prior to service.
  • Failure to adhere to manufacturers recommended maintenance and usage.
  • Defects caused by pests, chemical reactions, excessive heat, dust or corrosive surroundings
  • Normal wear & tear parts, plastic, glass and/or rubber parts, non-operational parts & related accessories.

There are no expressed warranties except as listed above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
